Greatness happens when enough time has passed to allow for it. It is not impressed with how much money you throw in its direction. It simply will not detach itself from the warm embrace of a long time.

This is why the longer the creation process has to do its thing, the better the result will be. Sometimes, longer creation requires an increase in compensation for the person(s) doing the creating. But, money is a by-product.

What’s important is the thing created. The greatness of it. And the time you gave it to mature and blossom.

• Adds some non-delicious foods.

Every diet I’ve ever experimented with required that I add nutritious foods and remove harmful (albiet delicious) foods. Yet, these so called nutritious foods, things like brown rice or 100% whole wheat bread…or even worse, spelt bread. Blech! They’re just awful tasting.

And if that weren’t bad enough, I have to give up cookies? Pie!? Me-no-like-diet. DIET BAD!

On the other hand, the Paleo diet has me removing some delicious stuff while being kind enough to forgo the cardboard-tasting nutritious stuff. Plus, I get to fill the cookie void with meat. Not bad.

Bad. Very bad.
